ISLE OF WIGHT YOGA
MONDAYS (7-8PM) DANCE STUDIO, COWES EC
Open Vinyasa: immersive, creative flow class. Expect pranayama, intelligent sequencing, fun transitions, and a deeply relaxing Savasana.
Every student is welcome in these classes — the beginner, intermediate practitioner and the advanced student. Liv gives lots of options, empowering every student to make the right choices for their body and mind on any given day.
£10 per class – booking essential.

ISLE OF WIGHT YOGA
WEDNESDAYS (7-8:15PM) DANCE STUDIO, COWES EC
Level 2 Vinyasa: for students with an already established practice that would like a dedicated class to explore trickier transitions, postures and meditation techniques. You will find less explanation of foundational postures and more emphasis on deepening your practice physically and philosophically.
If you are looking to learn more in depth about Yoga’s roots, Philosophy, Meditation, and Asana these classes are for you. Class numbers are limited to ensure personal attention from the teacher.
£12 per class – booking essential.

ISLE OF WIGHT YOGA
THURSDAYS (7-8PM) NETTLECOMBE FARM, WHITWELL
Mandala Vinyasa: a 360 degree dynamic flow sequence designed around one of the elements (Earth, Fire, Water, Air). It’s a creative, fun, moving meditation experience. We start and end with Yin yoga to create balance and support healing.
£10 per class – booking essential.

ZOOM GROUP CLASSES
TUESDAYS – POWER YOGA (6:30-7:30PM)
Power Vinyasa or Mandala. An hour of dynamic, fluid yoga sequenced to the rhythm of the breath. Expect to get stronger and more in tune with your body always ending with an extended Savasana.
THURSDAYS – WAKE UP & FLOW (7:15-8:05AM)
This 50 minute morning class is the perfect start to a mindful day. We’ll start with gentle movement, meditation and breath work before moving through energising Sun Salutations and balance postures to centre the mind for the day ahead.

PRIVATE 1-1 ZOOM CLASSES
1-1 yoga is the way in which it was originally taught. Everyone of us is so different in anatomy, experience and character and private yoga enables a deeper level of attention and personalisation that you don’t get in a group class.

In person classes around Isle of Wight are available upon request and price is slighter higher to factor in travel/personal attention.
I travel to you and bring all the props you’ll need. Whether you’re a resident or visiting the Isle of Wight for a holiday I bring the yoga.
