ISLE OF WIGHT YOGA

THURSDAYS (7-8PM) NETTLECOMBE FARM, WHITWELL

Mandala Vinyasa: a 360 degree dynamic flow sequence designed around one of the elements. It’s a creative, fun, moving meditation experience.

ZOOM GROUP CLASSES

MONDAYS (6-7PM) Slow Flow to Yin: Move slowly through an opening flow before settling into longer, held yin postures designed to get deep into the connective tissues of the body and calm the nervous system.

WEDNESDAYS (6-7PM) Power Vinyasa or Mandala. An hour of dynamic, fluid yoga sequenced to the rhythm of the breath. Expect to get stronger and more in tune with your body always ending with an extended Savasana.

To give you the easiest experience logging onto zoom classes I send out a weekly email with all the zoom links for that week. In that email you receive details on the theme, up coming workshops & courses and the link to pay.

PRIVATE 1-1 ZOOM CLASSES

1-1 yoga is the way in which it was originally taught. Everyone of us is so different in anatomy, experience and character and private yoga enables a deeper level of attention and personalisation that you don’t get in a group class.

Looking to start yoga? Want to deepen your understanding about the philosophy of yoga? Want to try more advanced postures with support? This is for you!

PRIVATE 1-1 IN PERSON CLASSES

In person classes around Isle of Wight are available upon request and price is slighter higher to factor in travel/personal attention.

I travel to you and bring all the props you’ll need. Whether you’re a resident or visiting the Isle of Wight for a holiday I bring the yoga.

From Spring I offer yoga on Compton Fields beach which is AMAZING.
