The programme is split into three categories; Recovery, Cross-Training, and Mind-Body.

There is a WHEN section to help you add the classes into your existing training schedule. E.g. on a rest day, before/after a strength session or as a versatile daily class.

WHY DO YOGA? (alongside your sport)

MEET YOUR TEACHER

Olivia Hazlitt is an experienced Yoga teacher with a keen interest in anatomy, sports performance and bringing eastern wisdom to a western audience. Her teaching is inspired by her own experience in amateur and high level sport including the Junior National Hockey team and many years in the national league for Trojans HC and Durham University HC.

Now taking a more casual all-round approach to sport + fitness, Olivia is a keen runner, swimmer, weightlifter, reluctant golfer, and Yoga practitioner.

The saying your vibe attracts your tribe has been particularly true for the community of students Olivia has built through her online and in person classes. A whole range of athletes are represented; competitive marathon runners, golfers, soldiers, and triathletes to name a few.

Olivia’s teaching style is positive, educational and led by the breath. This programme aims to allow athletes to take a holistic look at their training and how it contributes to their life.
