2019 – now & beyond
A little bit of history
I qualified in 2019 from my 200Hr teacher training in Florence, Italy in Power Vinyasa from Italia Power Yoga.
Since then, I have completed my 300hrs Advanced Vinyasa Teacher Training (2022) at Sthira Yoga School in Goa, India & Mandala Vinyasa and Yin (2021) with Whole Self Yoga.
I have a keen interest in anatomy and sports performance, so I completed my specialist Yoga for Athletes (2023) training with Yoga Medicine.
My first training immediately threw us in the deep end and we physically taught from day one. It was one of the most transformative experiences to go from a place of complete chaos to having a sheer JOY for leading classes.
Now four years into my teaching career + with thousands of hours of classes behind me the joy only gets greater.



mandala
Themed around the elements; water, earth, fire & air we move 360 degrees around the mat allowing the student to get lost in a moving meditation.
vinyasa
Great for building strength & mobility. Gives the student the ability to control the mind under challenge, plus the extended Savasana is even sweeter.
yin
A slow, mindful practice of holding poses for a minimum of 3 minutes. It goes deep into the fascia and connective tissues and allows the student to mentally and physically release.
