SUNDAY NIGHT YIN

Cosy season is upon us… Join Liv for a 90 minute yin yoga workshop for deep rest, nervous system regulation + body recovery. Yin is a passive, supported style of yoga where you hold postures for 3-5 minutes.
Based on Ancient Chinese Medicine meridian lines the idea is that during the posture you allow time to open up a particular “target area” before releasing into a “rebound pose” where the blood flow + Qi rushes back around the body.
The deliberate stillness helps to place the nervous system in a parasympathetic nervous system state (rest & digest). This is essential for muscle recovery and mental revitalisation.
